Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of manufacturing or operations experience).
  • Minimum of 3 year of CNC experience.
  • Experience with Lean manufacturing principles.
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

Responsibilities

  • Define and control production processes including tooling and equipment.
  • Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new product, tools, or equipment.
  • Develop manufacturing methods to support safety, delivery, cost (SQDC) priorities.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline.
  • Support CNC processes and NC programming activities.
  • Regular participation in monthly Lean Kaizen events to support the Lean Roadmap.
  • Support New Product Introduction.
