Job Juncture is seeking a hands-on Preventative Maintenance Technician for a precision CNC manufacturing environment. You will perform scheduled preventive maintenance on CNC machine tools and related equipment to maximize uptime, reliability, and life of assets.

You will work closely with production to identify potential issues before downtime, complete routine maintenance tasks, and support safe, efficient operation of high-precision machining.

Qualifikationen

• Experience performing preventative maintenance in a CNC machining or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of CNC equipment such as mills, lathes, and machining centers.
• Ability to read equipment manuals, maintenance procedures, and technical documentation.

Aufgaben

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on CNC equipment including mills, lathes, and machining centers.
• Complete routine inspections and maintenance per OEM recommendations and internal PM schedules.
• Inspect, lubricate, clean, adjust, and replace machine components as required.
• Maintain and service lubrication, coolant, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Inspect and replace filters, belts, hoses, seals, fluids, and other wear items.
• Check fluid levels, pressures, lubrication delivery, coolant condition, and other parameters.
• Identify abnormal machine conditions and document issues.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor mechanical repairs.
• Coordinate complex repairs with internal resources or external vendors as needed.
• Maintain accurate PM schedules, service records, and equipment documentation.
