Job summary

Morris Midwest, a division of Morris Group, Inc., is seeking a motivated Preventative Maintenance Technician to service CNC production equipment across client sites in Minnesota. This role requires electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system understanding and frequent travel to customer facilities.

Responsibilities include maintenance, safety, training customers, and maintaining strong product knowledge to build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Proficient English verbal and written communication and customer relations.
• Interact effectively in person and on the phone with customers and co-workers.
• Adaptable to changes, delays, and problem‑solving in dynamic environments.
• Basic digital literacy and familiarity with MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance on CNC production equipment.
• Daily travel to customer facilities within the designated territory.
• Research machine parts using manuals and vendor resources.
• Directly link customer needs to Morris Service Group.
• Promote safety and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Provide maintenance training to customer employees.
• Maintain knowledge of machine tool products represented by the company.
