You will ensure machine readiness, perform tool presetting with Zoller, maintain records, and communicate issues to machinists. The role requires a high school diploma or CNC certificate, physical ability, and willingness to work onsite with occasional training shift.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED or CNC certificate.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with occasional up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to read blueprints and inspect parts.
• Willing to work onsite and training shift as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Read blueprints and select tooling for CNC runs.
• Set up tools and load materials on fixtures.
• Document setup procedures and production data.
• Prepare the CNC machine for operation and verify readiness.
• Perform tool presetting with Zoller.
• Inspect parts and maintain clean, safe work area.
• Record setup procedures and QA data.
• Communicate issues to machinist or supervisor.
