Job summary

Stryker Group in Arlington, TN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our manufacturing operations running safely and efficiently through equipment troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance.

This hands-on role requires mechanical and electrical problem-solving skills, experience with CNC machines and automated equipment, and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Compensation includes hourly pay with shift premium and bonus potential.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Technical school, apprenticeship, or equivalent maintenance education.
Experience with CNC machines or automated production equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines, automated equipment, PLC-controlled systems, packaging equipment, and other production machinery.
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control-system issues.
Respond to downtime events and restore equipment safely and quickly.
Complete maintenance work orders and documentation in the CMMS.
Support continuous improvement, Lean, and cost-reduction initiatives.
Read schematics and equipment manuals; assist with installations and upgrades.
