Job summary
Advantage Technical in Beverly, MA is seeking a results-driven Production Manager to lead a precision CNC manufacturing team, driving safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
You will coach machinists and operators, partner with Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Maintenance, and champion Lean and continuous improvement to boost productivity and cut waste.
This direct-hire role offers a competitive $120k-$135k salary plus benefits and opportunities for leadership growth in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Experience leading manufacturing in a CNC or precision environment.
- Knowledge of Lean, continuous improvement, and production management best practices.
- Experience with ERP systems and KPI tracking.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily production operations focusing on safety, quality, efficiency.
- Develop machinists, operators, team leads, and staff.
- Drive productivity, schedule attainment, labor efficiency, and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Maintenance to resolve issues.
- Monitor KPIs, metrics, and capacity to support goals.
- Champion Lean, root cause analysis, and process optimization.
- Coach and develop workforce through training and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with quality systems, safety standards, and policies.
