Qualifications

• Hands-on experience maintaining and repairing CNC machine tools in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills involving electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics.
• Experience with industrial electrical components, including motors, relays, contactors, breakers, and transformers.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair CNC lathes, mills, and other machining equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
• Support machine installations, upgrades, and equipment modifications
• Assist with PLC, robotics, and automation-related maintenance activities
• Maintain maintenance records, spare parts inventory, and critical replacement components
• Help develop maintenance schedules and support equipment reliability initiatives
