Job summary

Adecco is hiring for a CNC Machinist role in Ventura County. You will set up and run CNC machines (NC210, NC230, OMNI), measure and inspect parts, and ensure quality per specs. The job requires strong reading skills, 3–5 years of hands-on CNC experience, and the ability to work with tight tolerances.

Shifts run Monday–Friday, 5:30am–2:00pm, with weekly pay at $28–$32 per hour and medical/dental/vision benefits after a week. Training via Aspire Academy is available to advance your skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical/trade schooling preferred.
• Hands-on experience setting up and operating CNC machinery in manufacturing.
• Ability to read blueprints, inspect parts, and document results.

• Disassemble, assemble, and adjust cutting dies and sources in presses.
• Measure, inspect, and evaluate parts according to specs; adjust as needed.
• Prepare automatic machinery for welding and thermoplastic operations.
• Maintain production and quality documentation; troubleshoot malfunctions.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Setting up and operating CNC equipment including but not limited to NC210 (CNC Lathe Single and Dual Spindle and Turret), NC230 (Up to 5 Axes CNC Mill), and OMNI (Gang-tooled CNC turning center, high-speed, precision manufacturing of small to medium-sized parts) machines.


• Disassembles, assembles, and adjusts cutting dies and sources in presses.


• Measures, inspects, and evaluates parts according to detailed specifications; makes necessary adjustments.


• Prepares automatic machinery for welding and thermoplastic operations.


• Set up, program, and operate CNC machines to produce high-precision parts.


• Monitors machine performance, ensures adherence to safety protocols, and performs routine maintenance.


• Troubleshoots, reports, and resolves machine malfunctions efficiently.


• Maintains accurate documentation of production and quality checks.


• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical/trade school diploma.


• Strong communication and reading skills.


• 3-5 years of hands-on experience set up and operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment


• Ability to read blueprints, machine and inspect completed parts and related documentation.


• Ability to work independently with tight tolerances (.001 or less)


• Must have math skills to be able to set up the machine.


• Ability to lift/carry/pull/push up to 20lbs.


• Relevant certifications (e.g., CNC Machining Certification) are a plus.

Shifts Available:

Shifts are available from Monday – Friday, 5:30am – 2:00pm

Pay Details:

$28.00 to $32.00 per hour
