Job summary

FOX Factory is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to operate and inspect parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Scotts Valley, CA. You will load, unload, and machine parts, maintain tolerances, and contribute to achieving production goals with quality workmanship.

The role requires 2+ years of CNC experience, reading blueprints, and using precision tools such as calipers and micrometers. Good time management and meticulous attention to detail are essential for success here.

Qualifications

• HS graduate or equivalent.
• 2+ years of prior experience operating CNC machinery required.
• Experience in manufacturing or manufacturing quality environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Loads, unloads, and inspects parts being machined while maintaining published PPH.
• Operates a minimum of 1 bar feed lathe, or a Mill along with performing secondary operations.
• Maintains accurate part counts, fills out Box Tags, and Job/Quantity Tracker.
• Interprets dimensions on a print and uses precision measuring instruments.
• Executes machine offsets and insert changes with supervision as needed.
