Job summary

Fox Factory, Inc. is seeking a CNC operator in Scotts Valley, CA to load, unload, inspect parts, and ensure quality during machining.

The role includes de-burring, polishing and cleaning parts at the machine, with emphasis on meeting production standards and reducing scrap. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years CNC experience, be able to read prints, and use calipers and micrometers to verify tolerances.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years' CNC operation experience.
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload and inspect parts.
• Maintain dimensional tolerances between ±0.0003"‑0.005" or greater.
• Interpret basic dimensions on a print and read tolerance blocks.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, gauge pins.
• Operate a bar feed lathe or a mill with secondary operations.
• Maintain accurate part counts and fill out job/quantity tracker.
• Follow operator procedures and safety rules.
