Job summary

FOX Factory in Scotts Valley, CA is seeking a CNC Operator IV for 1st shift (7:30am–3:30pm). You will load, unload, and inspect parts, maintain tight tolerances, and perform deburring, polishing, and cleaning at the machine as needed.

You will operate CNC lathes and mills, read prints, use calipers and micrometers, and strive for <2% scrap. Requires HS diploma and 2+ years CNC experience; good math skills and attention to detail. FOX offers medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan with employer matching.

Qualifications

• HS graduate or equivalent.
• 2+ years of CNC machining experience.
• Experience with deburring, polishing, and cleaning parts.
• Ability to read basic dimensions on a print and use calipers/micrometers.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and inspect parts during machining.
• Maintain dimensional tolerances between ±.0003”-.005” or greater.
• Operate CNC lathes and mills and perform secondary operations.
• Produce parts with scrap rate under 2% on a consistent basis.
