Job summary

Fox Factory, Inc. is seeking a CNC Operator to load, unload, inspect parts, and maintain quality during machining. You will work with lathes and mills, perform deburring and polishing, and ensure parts meet tight tolerances.

The role requires experience with CNC controls, precision measuring tools, and the ability to interpret prints. A HS diploma and 2+ years in manufacturing are preferred; safety and clean-work habits are essential.

Qualifications

• HS graduate or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience with controls and instrumentation; experience in manufacturing or manufacturing quality environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Loads, unloads, and inspects parts being machined while maintaining published PPH.
• Operates CNC machines with routine supervision.
• Performs basic math calculations, including addition and subtraction of decimals.
• Maintains dimensional tolerances between ±.0003"-0.005" or greater.
• Interprets basic dimensions on a print.
• Utilizes precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, gauge pins, etc.
• Follows documented operator procedures and keeps a clean work area.
• Produces parts with less than 2% scrap rate on a consistent basis.
