Job summary

FOX Factory in Scotts Valley, CA, is seeking a CNC Operator IV for the 2nd shift (3:30 PM–12:00 AM). You will load, run and inspect CNC lathes and mills, maintain tolerances, and perform deburring and cleaning at the machine.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years CNC experience, a HS diploma, and strong measuring skills (calipers, micrometers). The role requires safety‑focused teamwork in a manufacturing setting prioritizing quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• HS graduate or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of prior CNC machinery experience preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing or quality environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and inspect parts during machining; ensure quality and production standards.
• Perform deburring, polishing, and cleaning at the machine.
• Interpret prints and maintain dimensional tolerances.
• Operate CNC lathes and mills; run multiple jobs with supervision.
• Maintain clean work area and follow safety procedures.
• Record part counts and fill out job/quantity trackers.
