Job summary

FOX Factory is seeking a CNC Operator IV for 1st shift (7:30am-3:30pm) in Scotts Valley, CA. You will load, unload, inspect parts, perform deburring, polishing, cleaning at the machine, and maintain tight tolerances.

You will operate lathes and mills, execute offsets, track parts, and apply quality checks to keep scrap under 2%. Requires 2+ years CNC experience and HS diploma; strong math and measuring tools required; safety and clean work area emphasized.

Qualifications

• HS graduate or equivalent.
• 2+ years of CNC machinery experience.
• Experience in manufacturing/quality environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload and inspect parts during machining.
• Perform deburring, polishing and cleaning at the machine.
• Maintain dimensional tolerances and read prints.
• Operate CNC lathes and mills with supervision.
• Execute machine offsets and insert changes independently.
• Maintain clean work area and adhere to safety procedures.
