Job summary

FOX Factory is seeking a CNC Operator V for Sunday-Friday night shift (11:30 PM–8:00 AM) in Scotts Valley, CA. You will load, machine, and inspect parts, ensuring tight tolerances and quality while performing de-burring, polishing, and cleaning at the machine.

The role requires math skills, precision measurement, and adherence to safety procedures. Ideal candidates have HS graduation and 2+ years CNC experience, with familiarity in lathe and mill operations, and the ability to maintain low scrap

Qualifications

• HS graduate or equivalent.
• 2+ years of CNC experience required.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and inspect parts during machining.
• Perform de-burring, polishing, and cleaning at the machine.
• Maintain dimensional tolerances and interpret prints.
• Operate CNC lathes and mills; set up and verify tool offsets as directed.
• Sustain a clean, safe work area and achieve low scrap rates.
