Job summary

MacLean-Fogg is looking for a CNC Machine Operator in Savanna, IL to safely run established CNC processes and produce quality components. You will operate CNC equipment, read blueprints, monitor production, and document production and quality records while maintaining 5S and safety standards on site.

This full-time, onsite role runs Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with opportunities to gain experience and grow within a long-standing manufacturing company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and blueprints.
• Basic math and computer skills for production records.
• Able to work Monday–Friday, onsite, in Savanna.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned CNC machines per work instructions.
• Monitor machine performance and respond to basic issues.
• Inspect components to meet quality standards.
• Read blueprints and specifications, document measurements.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting.
• Document production and quality records accurately.
• Maintain 5S clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety, environmental, and quality procedures.
