MacLean-Fogg is hiring a CNC Operator at our Plymouth, Michigan facility. You will operate CNC machines, monitor quality, and perform inspections across multiple shifts to support safe, efficient production.

The role requires basic troubleshooting, setup assistance, and accurate documentation of production activities, inspections, and logs. Overtime may be required; on-site work with first, second, and third shifts available.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate CNC equipment with general supervision and follow established production processes.
• Ability to use basic measurement tools to verify part dimensions.
• Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and assist with machine setups and part changeovers.
• Ability to accurately complete inspection and production documentation.
• Ability to follow established safety, environmental, and quality requirements.

Responsabilités

• Operate assigned CNC machines independently for standard production runs.
• Monitor machine operation to maintain steady workflow and product quality.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of machine stoppages, alarms, and other minor issues.
• Assist with machine setups, adjustments, and part changeovers under guidance.
• Use basic measurement tools to verify part dimensions.
• Complete first-piece and in-process inspections as required.
• Accurately complete production logs, inspection sheets, and job documentation.
• Follow safety, environmental, and quality requirements while maintaining machine cleanliness and performing basic preventive-care tasks.
