MacLean-Fogg is hiring a CNC Operator for the 3rd shift at our Savanna, IL manufacturing facility. In this role, you will operate CNC equipment, verify product quality, troubleshoot basic equipment issues, and support safe, efficient production.

Work on-site with a Monday–Friday night schedule. The pay range is $16.00–$19.00 per hour plus a $2.00/hour shift premium, with overtime opportunities based on business needs. This full-time hourly role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow and interpret verbal and written work instructions.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and complete assigned tasks.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with team members and internal customers.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Demonstrated steady work history, including reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to produce components according to specifications.
• Inspect completed parts and verify they meet established quality requirements.
• Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and make necessary adjustments.
• Read and interpret blueprints and use basic measuring instruments.
• Complete required production and quality documentation accurately and thoroughly.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area in accordance with 5S standards.
• Follow established safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures.
