Qualifications

• Reads prints and follows written instructions.
• Experienced with precision measurement tools.
• Familiar with machining fundamentals, tooling, and quality expectations.

Responsibilities

• Run CNC lathes, mills and related machines to create in-spec components.
• Review blueprints and work instructions; complete accurate setups.
• Load material, monitor cycles and maintain quality and throughput.
• Inspect parts with calipers, micrometers, and gauges; document measurements.
• Make routine offsets and tool changes; perform minor adjustments.
• Identify defects, report equipment issues, and propose process improvements.
• Keep thorough production and inspection records.
