Qualifications

• Safety mindset and PPE adherence required.
• Demonstrated longevity of at least eight consecutive months in previous employment; CNC experience preferred.
• Strong time management to meet daily production goals.
• Adaptability to a temperature-variable environment and overtime when needed.
• Collaborative mindset to work with teammates and supervisors.
• Clear communication; reading/writing in English and reporting issues.
• Thoroughness to perform quality checks and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Read, follow and complete a company router and perform work as assigned by a Group Leader.
• Operate CNC production equipment; set offsets/adjustments as required.
• Change tools and perform tool changes as needed.
• Execute an inspection plan and document results using inspection equipment.
• Troubleshoot CNC machine issues and alarms.
• Report defective material or conditions to a Group Leader.
• Maintain production goals and keep area clean and safe.
• Communicate work-related issues and work as part of a team.
