Norwood Medical, a leading medical devices manufacturer, seeks an engineer to own production processes, troubleshoot downtime, and analyze quality data to maximize yield. You will support new product transfers, write technical documentation, and train staff across shifts in Dayton, OH.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 1–3 years in manufacturing, CNC controller experience, and strong problem-solving and collaboration skills. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline with 1–3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with CNC & special equipment machine controllers; training provided for specific controllers.
• Statistical analysis for part inspection data, yields, scrap data, tool life data, etc.
• Experience writing technical documents.

Responsabilidades

• Own production processes in assigned production building(s).
• Troubleshoot equipment downtime and identify required support.
• Use quality data to maximize yield and minimize scrap.
• Monitor tool data to identify trends and implement action plans.
• Transfer equipment/processes for new product development to production.
• Train in new production processes and documentation.
