Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide administrative support to various operational areas
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate operational areas
  • Create and update documents and spreadsheets utilizing Microsoft Office software packages
  • Handle incoming customer and vendor phone calls
  • Track progress on special projects
  • Create bill of materials in Vantage for new parts
  • Update bill of material in Vantage form customer or internal process changes
  • Update routers
  • Generate work instructions
  • Assist with inventory control
  • Purchase and track materials requested
  • Coordinate and expedite work to various internal departments
  • Coordinate and communicate work in process and close out completed jobs

Skills:

  • Ability to follow established methods and procedures
  • Use of eyes for visual inspection purposes
  • Hand dexterity
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
  • Ability to stand, sit, or move about the facility during scheduled work hours
  • Work as a team player and communicate work related issues as needed

  • Experience: Demonstrated longevity of at least eight consecutive months in previous employment. Top Candidates will have: working experience in manufacturing environment.

  • Adaptability: Work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures; Ability to work overtime when required; Eagerness to learn processes and procedures in multiple areas.
