Responsibilities

• Operates manual machines such as saws, mills, and lathes.
• Positions parts in specified locations using fastening devices.
• Operates hand-held, electrical, and pneumatic tools.
• Operates lift equipment as needed.
• Uses precision measuring tools to verify dimensions.
• Recognizes material types and adjusts equipment as needed.
• Recognizes worn tooling and changes machine as required.
• Verifies accuracy of completed products or batches.
• Reports defects or non-conformances to the Lead.
• Maintains clean and safe work area and follows safety regulations.
• Completes necessary paperwork including production sheets.
