Job summary

FOX Factory in Gainesville, GA is seeking a CNC Operator to load, unload, inspect parts, and ensure quality while meeting production standards. You will deburr, polish, and clean parts at the machine as appropriate.

Responsibilities include operating CNC lathes and mills with minimal supervision, performing basic math, maintaining tolerances, reading prints, and recording part counts. Requires HS diploma and 2–3 years of CNC experience.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of CNC experience preferred.
• Manufacturing environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and inspect parts to meet production standards.
• Deburr, polish, and clean parts at the machine as needed.
• Operate CNC lathes and mills with routine supervision.
• Maintain dimensional tolerances (±.0003”-.005”).
• Interpret basic dimensions from prints and use calipers/micrometers.
• Maintain clean work area and observe safety procedures.
