Job summary

Qualifications

• HS graduate or equivalent is required.
• 7+ years of prior experience operating CNC machinery.
• Experienced with 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC mills/lathes.

Responsibilities

• Observe all safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean work area / 5S standards.
• Load, unload, and inspect parts, aiming for target hourly production rates.
• Run multiple CNC jobs handling complex parts.
• De-burr, polish, and clean parts as required.
• Train less experienced CNC operators.
