FOX Factory is seeking a skilled CNC Operator IV/V for its Gainesville, GA machine shop. The role involves loading, deburring, inspecting parts, and maintaining tight tolerances while using lathes and mills. You will read prints, set offsets, and ensure a low scrap rate with strong focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 4–6+ years CNC experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and inspect parts; ensure quality.
• Maintain tolerances of ±0.0003–0.005 in; read prints.
• Operate CNC lathes and mills; perform secondary operations.
• Use calipers, micrometers, gauge pins for inspection.
• Keep work area clean and follow safety procedures.
