Job summary

FOX Factory is seeking a CNC Operator to oversee daily manufacturing machine operations. You will load, unload, inspect parts, and ensure quality while performing deburring and cleaning as needed. The role requires reading prints, maintaining tolerances, and using calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions.

Ideal candidates have HS diploma or GED, can lift up to 50 lbs, and are safety oriented with strong attention to detail. Prior experience is not required but preferred.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• No experience required; up to 1 year preferred.
• Able to read basic dimensions and use precision measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Deburring, polishing, and cleaning parts at the machine.
• Operates CNC machines with routine supervision.
• Performs basic math calculations and decimal operations.
• Maintains dimensional tolerances within ±0.0003” to ±0.005” or more.
• Interprets dimensions on a print and uses precision measuring instruments.
• Ensures parts meet production standards and reports issues to supervisor.
