Job summary

FOX Factory, Inc. is seeking a CNC Machinist/Operator to load, inspect and process parts, ensuring quality and adherence to production standards. You will deburr, polish and clean parts at the machine while meeting strict tolerances and scrap targets.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of experience with CNC controls and instrumentation; maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or quality environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operates CNC machines with routine supervision.
• Performs basic math calculations and reads dimensions from prints.
• Maintains tolerances and uses calipers, micrometers and gauge pins.
• Loads and inspects parts; ensures production standards and scrap goals.
• Follows operator procedures and keeps work area clean and safe.
