FOX Factory is seeking an CNC Operator II for 2nd shift in Gainesville, GA. The role emphasizes loading, unloading, and inspecting parts, maintaining tight tolerances, and performing deburring, polishing, and cleaning at the machine.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of CNC experience in a manufacturing setting, with the ability to read prints, use calipers and micrometers, and work to quality standards while maintaining productivity.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of experience with CNC controls is preferred.
• Manufacturing or quality environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and inspect parts during machining.
• Maintain dimensional tolerances of ±0.0003–0.005 inches.
• Perform deburring, polishing, and cleaning at the machine.
• Operate CNC mills and lathes with supervision.
• Record part counts and inspect for quality.
