Job summary

FOX Factory is seeking an experienced CNC Operator in Georgia to load, unload and inspect parts during the milling process. You will ensure product quality, meet production standards and maintain a safe, organized work area following 5S principles.

You must have 7+ years of CNC experience on 3-, 4- and 5-axis machines, plus setup capability and measurement skills using calipers and micrometers. Join a team-focused environment with strong emphasis on precision and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience operating CNC machinery.
• Experience operating 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC mills/lathes.
• Experience with basic machine setups like length changes on like part families.

Responsibilities

• Observe all safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean work area / 5S standards.
• Follow documented operator procedures and inspection plans.
• Run multiple CNC jobs dealing with complex parts.
• Load, unload, and inspect parts while maintaining target hourly production rates.
• Maintain dimensional tolerances as tight as ±.0003".
• Interpret dimensions and GD&T on prints and tolerance blocks.
• Train less experienced CNC operators.
