Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a CNC Operator in Huntsville, AL to join our production team.

You will set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts per specifications, read drawings, and verify tolerance with precision instruments while contributing to a safe, quality-focused environment. The ideal candidate has a mechanical background or trade school training, can follow CNC programs, and communicate clearly.

Qualifications

• Trade school or mechanical background preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Comfort using precision measuring instruments and applying machine shop mathematics.
• Willingness to follow CNC programs and established production procedures.
• Strong verbal communication skills for tests and interviews.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to established requirements.
• Read and interpret CNC programs to ensure correct machining operations.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to confirm dimensions and tolerances.
• Use precision measuring instruments to verify work and support consistent quality.
• Work as a member of a TEAM while adhering to all company policies and procedures.
