Job summary

IPEX USA, LLC, located in Huntsville, Alabama, is seeking a Machinist to operate CNC and manual machines, interpret drawings, and produce precision parts in support of a high quality manufacturing environment.

This day shift runs 6:30am–3pm, with an option to work four 10‑hour shifts and alternating Fridays, plus a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), insurance, PTO and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED supplemented by proven machining experience.
• 2–3 years of experience using precision measuring equipment.
• Must read drawings and interpret tolerances accurately.
• Knowledge of tool holders and cutting tools is required.
• Proficiency with Mastercam or CAD/CAM software and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC and manual machines and perform maintenance as needed.
• Interpret drawings and set up machinery to produce quality parts.
• Write or modify programs and adjust tooling for correct speeds and feeds.
• Ensure accuracy using measurements and tolerances and document results.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping and safety in the work area.
