Innova Solutions seeks an CNC Operator to join our client in Tulsa, OK. This full-time contract role requires precision operation of Punch Press or Brake Press equipment and adherence to established processes. You’ll work under general supervision and contribute as an individual within a small team.

Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for an CNC Operator. Position Type: Full time Contract Duration: 10+months Location: Tulsa, OK, 74116 Shift: 9/80 schedule M-F 6am-330pm

As an CNC Operator you will:

Operate Trumph Punch Press or Brake Press Experience in CNC operations. Developing support individual contributor role. Works under general supervision. Work is less structured within identified boundaries and procedures. Identifies problems and issues in straightforward situations. Works under general supervision. Less detailed instructions are provided, and moderate peer review is required. Communicates with contacts typically within the department on matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring explanation or interpretation to understand and reach agreement. Work is less structured within identified boundaries and procedures. Follows established processes to complete tasks. Identifies problems and issues in straightforward situations and escalates issues to a supervisor for resolution. Works to achieve operational targets within the job area, which has some impact on the overall achievement of team results. Work is somewhat limited in scope, typically involving smaller, less structured task-related activities.

Ideal Candidate will have:

High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $23 to $ $25/per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
