We are seeking a CNC Operator responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of CNC lathes, mills, and machining centers in a production environment. Candidates should be mechanically inclined with experience in a machine shop setting.

Responsibilities include:

• Reading and interpreting dimensional prints and mechanical schematics
• Programming and operating CNC machines
• Inspecting finished parts with measuring tools
• Performing routine maintenance and minor repairs
• Troubleshooting machine issues with the Lead Programmer
• Maintaining production and maintenance records
• Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience setting up and operating CNC machines

Work Environment:

• Industrial setting with exposure to loud noises and hazardous equipment
