Currently, this position involves setup and operation of CNC Turning machines on 2nd or 3rd shift, along with other machines as needed.

Pay Range: $22.00 per hour

Shift: 2nd shift and 3rd shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines and other equipment as requested.
• Use gauges to inspect parts and ensure quality.
• Maintain accurate and timely records.
• Follow ISO Quality and Work Instructions, safety rules, and company policies.
• Assess safety of tasks, report unsafe conditions, and avoid unsafe practices.
• Read and understand documentation, properly use and maintain equipment.
• Rotate through various manufacturing tasks.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience setting up and operating CNC equipment; robotics experience is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring gauges.
• Physical ability to perform bending, twisting, lifting, and standing for long periods.
• Ability to move materials using forklifts or overhead cranes.
