Goodwill Industries of West Michigan, Inc. is seeking a CNC Operator for a full-time, temporary position in a fast-paced shop. The operator will run machines and produce quality parts while following 5S standards.
Responsibilities include loading/unloading parts, inspecting with calipers and micrometers, reading drawings and GD&T, recording time, and helping optimize workflow. Must have HS diploma or GED and be eligible to work on ITAR programs.

These programs are typically complex which requires unique solutions to launch quickly. We are the “go to” solutions provider for Ford Motor Company and Laser Access, specializing in CNC Machining and Assembly of custom engineered components. Description - A CNC Operator will be in charge of running machines and producing good parts. They will have the knowledge and ability to qualify parts with gages and metrology equipment. As well as the ability to read and comprehend technical drawings and GD&T. Operators must be able to maintain a clean work environment and maintain 5S standards. An experienced Operator will be able to achieve rates or above and suggest changes to optimize workflow.
