Job Description
We are a small team-oriented manufacturing company in Kent who work in a fast‑pace environment. We are looking for someone who is mechanically inclined & has an eye for detail. Someone who is dependable, has strong work ethic, can be on their feet all day, & a team player.
Essential Functions
- Deburr parts as required.
- Provide backup and support of all machine shop functions.
- Read, comprehend and follow instructions/work orders.
Machinist III Requirements
- Set up program and operate CNC machines and tooling in accordance with drawing or program.
- Attention to details.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be a U.S. citizen (strict NOFORN policy enforced by our customers).
- Maintain a positive attitude.
- Able to work full time.
- Organized / Able to manage time efficiently.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Machining Operator Requirements
- One-year work‑related experience using metal working machinery in a manufacturing environment.
Training Provided
- On‑the‑job training as it applies to this position.
Working Conditions
- Constantly incurred.
- Exposure to chemicals: machine coolants, solvents, oils and anti‑seize compounds.
- Work with machinery with moving parts.
- Exposure to grease/oils.
Personal Protective Equipment
- Safety glasses, personal protective equipment (PPE).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Problem‑solving skills.
- Verbal communication skills: use verbal skills to communicate with co‑workers.
- Contacts typically include: coworkers within the same department and coworkers in other departments.
- Math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, ratios.

- Machining, Math, CNC, CNC programming.
