Glendee Corp in Moorpark, CA is hiring CNC Operators to join our aerospace manufacturing team, producing precision metal components to exacting specifications. You will operate CNC milling and/or turning equipment, load materials, inspect parts with micrometers and calipers, and maintain records.

Basic experience with CNC mills/lathes and blueprints is required; strong teamwork and attention to detail are essential.

Now Hiring: CNC Operators

Join our aerospace manufacturing team and play a vital role in producing precision-machined metal components that meet the highest industry standards. We're looking for dependable, skilled CNC Operators who take pride in their work and are ready to contribute in a hands-on, team-oriented environment. Basic experience operating CNC mills and/or lathes required.

What You'll Do:

• Operate CNC milling and/or lathe machines to manufacture high-quality metal parts.


• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.


• Produce parts to meet required specifications and tight tolerances.


• Perform in-process inspections using precision tools such as micrometers and calipers.


• Maintain accurate production and quality records.


• Perform basic machine maintenance and setup tasks.


• Keep a clean, organized, and safe workspace, including use of required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Physical Demands

• Frequent repetitive motion of wrists, hands, and fingers.


• Prolonged standing, walking, bending, and occasional kneeling, climbing, and squatting.


• Lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 20 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.


• Frequent reaching, twisting, handling, and use of fine motor skills.


• Exposure to fumes, chemicals, and temperature variations in a warehouse environment.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time


• Day Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM or 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM


• Second Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Pay Range

• CNC Operator I: $20.50-$23.50/hr


• CNC Operator II: $23.50-$26.50/hr


• CNC Operator III: $26.50-$29.50/hr
