Accelera Staffing is seeking a skilled CNC Mill Machinist to join our precision manufacturing team. You will own the entire machining process, from setup to production, ensuring parts meet tight tolerances and rigorous specifications.

Key responsibilities include independent setups, first-article inspections, offset adjustments, GD&T interpretation, and adherence to 5S and shop safety. Experience with Mastercam CAM is preferred; familiarity with ISO/AS9100 environments is a plus.

Competenze

3+ years independent setup and operation of CNC milling machines.
Ability to read blueprints and GD&T.
Experience with precision metrology tools (micrometers, calipers, bore gauges).
Ability to perform minor program edits at the machine control.
US person status per ITAR.

Mansioni

Execute independent setups for CNC milling operations, including selecting tooling, configuring workholding, and establishing offsets.
Perform first-article inspections to validate production readiness and ensure all parts adhere to precise engineering prints.
Monitor machine performance during production runs, making necessary adjustments to offsets to maintain tight tolerances and prevent dimensional drift.
Interpret complex blueprints and GD&T requirements to guide the machining process effectively.
Document inspection data and maintain compliance with established quality management systems.
Proactively troubleshoot machining issues such as chatter or tool wear to minimize downtime and ensure continuous output.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace by adhering to 5S and general shop safety protocols.
