You will set up to close tolerances, check coils, replace cutters, and maintain safe, clean work areas while reporting defects to supervision.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of charts, specifications, and micrometers.
• Ability to use numbers including decimals.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines to mill teeth on carbon steel and bi-metal backing coil.
• Ensure close tolerances and check coils; record coil data.
• Replace cutters after grind and maintain equipment and work area.
• Report any material defects or discrepancies and equipment malfunctions to Supervisor.
