Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of charts, specifications and micrometers; ability to use numbers including decimals; mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate automatic blanking, heat treat forming and robotic TIG welding of holesaws.
• Load shells and cups onto robotic pallets or into TIG welder chuck and start cycles.
• Visually inspect welds and adjust speed, stroke, and currents for quality.
• Maintain a clean work area and report any equipment issues to the Foreman.
• Follow safety rules and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
