Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a Machinist to set up, operate, and maintain CNC equipment to manufacture precision parts in a high‑quality environment. You will work toward cycle times and yields, adjust tooling, and document steps for traceability while following lean principles.

The role requires reading blueprints/GD&T, close tolerances, and basic inspection skills. A high school diploma is required; a technical certificate is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to read English, interpret blueprints and GD&T.
• Close tolerances of +/- 0.0002 require precision reading.
• Use basic inspection tools and techniques.
• Perform basic math calculations for machining.
• Effective communication with team members.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC equipment to fabricate precision parts.
• Meet cycle time and yield expectations with minimal supervision.
• Make tool offsets, adjust tooling, and inspect parts for conformance.
• Document revisions and ensure traceability per QMS and FDA requirements.
• Follow lean manufacturing and participate in continuous improvement.
