Job summary

Kadon Precision Machining is seeking a motivated nightshift CNC Mill Operator to operate CNC milling machines and produce precision parts per specifications. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience, basic math and mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read simple prints while maintaining safety and quality.

Responsibilities include loading materials, performing light setups, inspecting parts, and keeping a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC milling experience.
• Experience with Brothers Milling Machine is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret simple prints.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling machines to produce parts per prints and work instructions.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished parts.
• Perform basic machine setups under supervision.
• Inspect parts using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Monitor machine operation and report any issues or malfunctions.
• Deburr and clean finished parts as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
