Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a Machinist to set up, operate, and maintain CNC equipment to manufacture precision parts on the first shift (5:30am–4:00pm). The role requires reading blueprints, GD&T, and ensuring tight tolerances to print specifications.

Minimum of 3 years CNC machining experience and a high school diploma are required; a technical degree or certification is preferred. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company matching.

Qualifications

• Reading in English, interpret and understand blueprints and GD&T.
• Able to work with small precision parts to close tolerances of +/- 0.0002.
• Use basic inspection tools and techniques.
• Understand and follow verbal or written instructions.
• Perform basic math calculations related to machining.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to company values and safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Operates and sets up CNC shop equipment with minimal assistance.
• Meets cycle time and yield expectations.
• Supports tooling changes and offset adjustments as needed.
• Prepares tooling and maintains tool life per guidelines.
• Troubleshoots issues and ensures part conformance.
• Inspects parts visually and dimensionally for print compliance.
• Maintains documentation accuracy and traceability.
• Engages in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
