Job summary

EverStaff Manufacturing Skilled is seeking an experienced CNC Mill Set-Up / Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Ohio. You will produce high-quality precision components on first shift, with competitive pay, steady hours, benefits, and long-term stability.

Responsibilities include setting up and operating CNC Mills (Haas and Fanuc), reading blueprints, selecting tooling, monitoring offsets, and inspecting parts with precision equipment. Background check and drug screen required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with CNC Mill setup and operation required.
• Familiarity with 4th and 5th axis machining preferred.
• Experience with Haas controls and Fanuc systems.
• Mastercam experience is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and use inspection tools accurately.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Mills using Haas and Fanuc controls
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Select and install tooling, fixtures, and machine attachments
• Monitor machine operation and make offsets or adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment
• Perform trial runs to verify machine settings and program accuracy
