Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years CNC milling and programming experience.
• Proficient in Mastercam programming.
• Experience setting up and operating HAAS mills.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T.
• Strong knowledge of G-code and machining practices.
• Ability to inspect parts with micrometers and calipers.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate HAAS CNC milling machines.
• Create, modify, and troubleshoot CNC programs using Mastercam.
• Read engineering drawings and GD&T to meet specifications.
• Select tooling, speeds, feeds, and fixtures.
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Collaborate with engineering to meet customer deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to improve cycle times and quality.
