Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience on vertical and horizontal mills.
• Strong blueprint reading with GD&T interpretation.
• Proficient programming and editing of CNC programs.
• Experience with Doosan, Mazak, Haas or similar machines.
• English communication skills (reading/writing).
• Ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs and work safely.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate CNC mills per blueprints and specifications.
• Edit and prove out CNC programs; set offsets and coordinates.
• Perform in-process and final quality inspections to ensure tolerances.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and suggest process improvements.
• Create setup sheets and process documentation for new parts.
• Maintain clean, safe, organized work area and comply with safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve manufacturing challenges.
