Job summary

Axis Automation seeks an experienced CNC Programmer / Machinist to join a team focused on precision factory automation. You will design, program, and run Haas vertical milling machines, handling multiple projects and balancing time, cost and function.

You should have 3–10 years CNC experience and 1–3 years programming in 2D/3D, with MasterCam proficiency and a valid driver’s license. Expect a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience with Haas CNC vertical milling machines.
• Proficient in MasterCam 2D & 3D or equivalent.
• 3-10 year minimum CNC experience.
• 1-3 years minimum programming experience in 2D & 3D.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Execute multiple projects and coordinate machining activities.
• Produce programs for CNC machines.
• Run multiple CNC machines simultaneously.
• Be a self-starter with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate with Machining Manager on schedules and labor needs.
• Ensure safety procedures and good housekeeping.
