Industrial Talent Group in Arvada, Colorado is seeking an experienced CNC Mill Programmer to join our growing aerospace/defense manufacturing team. You will take parts from engineering prints through finished production on Doosan, Mazak, Okuma, and Haas UMC machines, across 3‑ to 5‑axis work.

Qualifications

• CNC milling programming in a precision machining environment.
• Experience with 3-axis, 4-axis, 3+2-axis, or 5-axis programming.
• Mastercam experience; Mastercam 2026 is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Track record of improving processes and shop performance.
• Open to new technology and continuous improvement.
• Strong work history and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Program and run CNC mills from engineering prints to finished production.
• Develop and optimize toolpaths for tight tolerances.
• Support 3-axis, 4-axis, 3+2-axis, or 5-axis machining depending on experience.
• Collaborate with machinists, quality, and operations to troubleshoot.
• Identify opportunities to reduce cycle times and increase productivity.
• Help implement new technology, automation, and process improvements.
• Maintain high standards for quality and workmanship.
