We're looking for someone who can take parts from print to finished product, program CNC mills, and handle basic setups on the floor. Whether your background is primarily in 3-axis machining or you have experience with more advanced multi-axis equipment, this is an opportunity to join a growing shop with room to develop your skills.

What You'll Do

  • Program CNC mills from engineering prints through finished parts.
  • Set up machines, load stock and tooling, change tools, set offsets, and make minor adjustments to feeds and speeds.

  • Troubleshoot machining issues and make adjustments to improve part quality and production efficiency.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and support daily machining operations.
  • Produce precision components while maintaining quality standards and meeting print specifications.
  • Work with the team to improve machining processes and keep production running efficiently.

What We're Looking For

  • CNC mill programming experience with the ability to take parts from print to part.
  • Basic CNC setup experience, including tool changes, offsets, loading inserts and material, and making minor machining adjustments.
  • Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T.
  • A hands-on approach to programming and machining, with the ability to troubleshoot problems and work independently.
  • A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with a team.

Experience That Will Stand Out

  • Experience with Haas or Siemens controls.
  • 4-axis or 5-axis programming and setup experience.
  • Aerospace or defense machining experience, including tight tolerances and complex materials.
  • Experience with ProShop ERP or similar shop management systems.

You'll work in a modern, well-maintained machining environment with a range of CNC milling equipment and multi-axis capabilities.

We're continuing to invest in new equipment and expand our manufacturing capabilities. For someone looking to advance beyond 3-axis work, there may be opportunities to develop experience with more advanced machining technologies as the business grows.

Compensation & Schedule

Compensation depends on your programming and machining experience:

  • 3-axis programming: $38 per hour +
